After signing up you must
create single or multiple profiles.
Each profile will have its own secure login and
password.
You can create a profile for every member in
your company who are authorized to post jobs
under your account.
You need to create an individual profile for you
also in order for you to post jobs. All
applications and resumes will be forwarded to
the email address listed on your profile.
You can authorize any or every profiles you
create to search resumes.
A
profile is limited to only posting ads and can
be given permission to browsing
resumes when it is created.
You must personally let hem know how many job
ads they are allowed to post. You can change
any profiles username and password at any
time. You can view, modify, and
post job ads for all of the profiles that you
create when you are logged in with your
current email address and password.
This
will be your master login and password when you
sign up.
You can click on view all to see all the
job ads posted by every authorized profiles.

What is an Ad Manager?
The
ad manager can be used to easily access all of
the job ads posted from every profile you have
created.
It
allows you to then view each ad individually.
You
can make modifications to the descriptions and
change their active status.
An
ad that is active is available for candidates
to see.
If
it is inactive it will remain stored in the system
and can be used at a later time.
If
you choose to reactivate an old ad you can and
it will be
treated like a new ad, but the information cannot
be modified.
