Johnny Carino’s Country Italian

Johnny Carino’s Country Italian is a casual, full service Italian concept with an innovative menu featuring “Grandioso” platters and “Wine Harvest” dinners catering to families and dining parties of all sizes. Inspired from Southern Italian country recipes, the menu starts with appealing appetizers like the signature pepperoni bread, bruschetta, calamari and Italian nachos. Entrees range from traditional favorites like homemade lasagna and wood-fired pizzas, to featured items like spicy shrimp and chicken, chicken scallopini, baked cheese tortelloni and baked fish Romano, all served with fresh baked bread.

The authentic, country Italian dining experience for guests begins immediately upon entering the restaurant - antique framed family pictures, Italian ceramics, wood and stone walls, colorful mismatched wooden chairs and small intimate dining rooms offering booth and table seating. Carino’s open kitchen environment and exhibition cooking creates a warm, casual atmosphere that enhances the dining experience.
 

Future expansion plans for Johnny Carino's include company-owned restaurant expansion in Idaho, Texas, Colorado, Arkansas and Louisiana. The Company also has development agreements with franchise partners for over 415 Johnny Carino’s to be developed by franchisees in Alabama, Arizona, California, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Michigan, Montana, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Nevada, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Southern Ohio, Texas, Virginia Beach DMA, Utah, Egypt, Venezuela and 10 countries in the Gulf Area of the Middle East.
